Saturday (3rd Dec) - A Family BBQ will be held at Hawkesdale Church Hall at 6pm, to which all Parish members are invited. Meat and drinks will be provided. Please bring a salad or sweet.
Sunday (4th Dec) - A Working Bee will be held following the 9am service at Trinity to install Christmas trees and decorations. Any help will be gladly received. Please direct enquiries to Kevin.

Upcoming events:
Monday (21st) - Trinity Church Council meets at 7:30pm.
Wednesday (23rd) - Midweek Service with Holy Communion and Bible Study at Trinity begins at 6pm. Bible Study follows at 6:30pm. Everyone is invited to participate in one or both events. The evening will end by 7:30pm.
Friday (25th) - Laternenfest in Tarrington Church Grounds is on again from 5pm. Our youth group is looking for help with transport to the event, leaving at approximately 5:30pm and returning by 10pm. The evening has a full program of activities for you all to enjoy. It is always a fun evening.
Friday (25th) - The Walking Fellowship meets at 7:15pm for an excursion along the Merri River. Access to the trail is off Henry Street in Merrivale. We will walk westwards, and then back again. We will then be hosted for light refreshments by Barbara and David. Non-walkers are welcome to join us there at about 8:15pm. Everyone is very welcome. Any enquiries should be directed to Christine.

Sunday (13th) - A Parish Gathering at Cobden Miniature Railway begins with a worship service at 11:30am. This will be followed by a shared buffet lunch and train rides. All those who intend riding on trains must wear covered shoes. Tea, coffee and cordial will be provided. Enquiries to Christine.
Wednesday (16th) - Cards and Games Fellowship meets at Trinity Church Hall at 1:30pm. This will be the final get together for this year. You are all welcome to join us.

Monday (7th) - Parish Men's Fellowship meets at Trinity at 7:30pm. All men are most welcome.
Wednesday (9th) - Wednesday Evening Service with Holy Communion and Bible Study continues this week at Trinity, beginning at 6pm. Bible Study will follow at 6:30pm. The evening will end by 7:30pm. You are invited to attend one or both of these events.
Thursday (10th) - A meeting is being held at Trinity at 7:30pm to discuss our upcoming Christmas Eve Service of Carols and Narration. Anyone from the congregation who is interested in having input is very welcome to attend the meeting. Please direct enquiries to Christine.
Friday (11th) - Parish Youth Group meets at the 'Mini Golf by the sea', Pertobe Road, at 7pm. Please bring supper, sturdy shoes, and $12. The jumping pillow will also be available. Parents, friends, and church members are very welcome.
